Body Buster is different from any other fitness class I've taken. It felt more like personal training and I had worked out harder than I ever have before. I lost inches very quickly and became much stronger. The encouragment from the instructor made me want to keep coming back. I also met some great people. Nothing bad to say! Thanks!
