Thought I loved CrossFit before but the atmosphere at Beach City and Coach Jay take it to a new level. No better place

Sep 18, 2017
I worked out here for a few weeks when I was staying in Penticton on a career training course. I travel a lot for work and it's always a bit of a crapshoot checking out a new box when I'm somewhere new, but I would be happy to train at Beach City CrossFit again any time. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating, the programming is intelligent, and everybody is incredibly friendly and welcoming. What a great box. I miss the view every time I work out back at home these days!

I love it here! The coaches are wonderful, the environment is so warm and supportive. Everybody is so positive, encouraging and eager to assist you in reach your goals. You also can't beat the beachfront views, or a nice dip in the lake post-workout! Such a great experience!

My wife, my teenage sons and I are all members of Beach City Crossfit and have been for about 18 months. It has been a great experience for our whole family, the coaches are awesome and you can't beat the location...right on the beach. If you want a fun place to work out, where you'll make fast friends with everyone and be pushed to achieve things you never thought possible, this is the place. We love it!

I have been training here for 2 years and just love it! The coaches are amazing. You can really tell that they want the best for you and they do their best for you. It has been great to see people’s transformations. This is like a second home. Everyone there is so supportive and encouraging of each other. It doesn’t matter if you have limited mobility and little strength, you can still take part in all of the WODs with a little modification and within a short time you will see yourself changing in leaps and bounds. And to top it all off, the location! To be able to run just a few strides into the lake after WOD is so refreshing.
