Great product lines and service

Nov 9, 2018
Bought something, decided to return it, woman behind the counter told me I had to come back on a different day when the woman who sold it to me was here. Doesn’t make any sense. Woman behind the counter was unsure if they would do a refund or just tore credit. my colleague and I were at the counter discussing whether or not the specific type of wader boots are acceptable on our work site (turned out they are not), saleswoman said nothing about boots being final sale. Staff should know store return policies and it should be verbally communicated to the customer if an item is final sale, in addition to being on the tag. Don’t buy anything here unless you’re 100% sure you want it, sounds like they are inflexible with returns even in non-sale items.
