I just needed a quick few hours learning about tides, weather, charts, and safety equipment for an upcoming kayak trip to the Broken Group. Dave brought tons of resources to look at, created a binder specifically for me and my trip, and was so passionate about what he was presenting. Best three hours I've spent in a long while!

Amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!! Dave really knows his stuff and makes you feel comfortable in the water. Not to mention the unbelievable craftsmanship in his wooden kayaks!! A++ Thanks again for the tours!

These are some beautiful pieces created with heart and soul. Tours are led by knowledgeable and friendly guides. I look forward to a tour in one this summer! :)

Our two-day tour with One Tree Paddles in 2012 was memorable and inspiring. We enjoyed a very professional and responsible guidance, fabulous views along Tahsis Inlet, interesting information about the past and present of the region and its people, and a fresh and healthy selection of food. The handcrafted kayaks and paddles were simply beautiful to travel with, and the starfish, seals, sealions, eagles and humpback whales that we saw reminded us in an impressive way of all the life in and around these waters. We would certainly do another (and longer) tour with One Tree Paddles!

Beautiful part of the world to kayak. Loved the hand-crafted boats and paddles.
