We recently completed Trudy's 2-day course over two Sundays. The class is interactive, and Trudy is a great teacher - she is funny, personable and knowledgeable. She is more than happy to answer questions or concerns both inside and outside of class. Overall the class was enjoyable and entertaining. My partner and I both learned a lot.

My husband and I attended Trudy’s class (the 2-day option) and we absolutely loved it. Although I had been reading quite a bit online nothing compared to what we got from the class. Trudy is extremely knowledgeable and explains in a straightforward way. The interactiveness helps you absorb information much more easily. She is also funny and super personable which made the class easy and fun to follow. We now feel more excited and confident about the big day! We highly recommend it to all pregnant couples.

We completed a 2- day private prenatal class with Trudy on the recommendation from a friend. It was very informative, as well as interactive and engaging. We would highly recommend Trudy/Birth Transitions to all new parents. We are very happy with our experience! Thanks Trudy!

Me and my husband attended Trudy's weekend prenatal workshops and they were awesome - very informative! We feel way more confident now. Trudy is very knowledgeable, also with great sense of humor. We really enjoyed two days spent at the workshop. We would recommend Trudy's classes to all couples expecting a baby!

Thank goodness for Trudy and her courses... we were initially quite anxious about the birthing experience and the information presented - and how it was presented - was so valuable and put us at ease. Trudy's teaching style is very casual and comforting, making everyone feel welcome. She uses a great interactive approach, but doesn't put anyone on the spot. We were so impressed that we also hired her privately to serve as our Doula and it was the best decision that we made. Her calm demeanour and reassuring techniques provided for an incredibly supportive environment.
