Great studio and awesome instructors. My girlfriend had been going here for years and about a year ago I decided to give it a try. Mark and Glamma were both super nice and welcoming to a complete yoga newbie. I tried out the 10 classes package and got a membership soon after. The arrow class was a little intense at first but eventually got used to it. They take the time to help you out with the different poses and encourage you to push further. They're always in a good mood and joking around which makes it a really awesome atmosphere. I would highly recommend this studio.

BY Surrey has been the best experience I could have asked for while trying hot yoga for the first time. I purchased ten classes initially to try it out and I was absolutely hooked within a couple of classes. I have had three teachers so far (Glamma, Doreen, and Mark) and all 3 have made class challenging, welcoming, and fun. I probably laugh out loud at least a couple times in each class. After my ten classes, I have already seen progress in my posture, flexibility, and strength and the teachers have helped me achieve this with positivity and professional guidance. I immediately signed up full time and am looking forward to improving in the practice. BC

I have been going to this studio for well over 5 years. All the instructors are very friendly and super funny. You can expect every class to be a bit different as they help push you to do better each time. As long as you come to class with an open mind and can take constructive criticism you will be able to achieve whatever your goal is at this studio. I look foward coming to class all the time. Love you guys!

Disappointed. Decided to try out a new yoga studio and saw their class starts at 6:15. So I come around 5:40 wanting to register, talk about prices and classes, get settled in etc but the door was closed. Rang the bell a few times and a teacher came out and informed me that they weren't open till 6pm (there was a sign that I did not see). Just disappointed because that would only leave me with 15 minutes to get everything done, and I don't like feeling rushed before my classes, especially if I'm bringing somebody new to yoga. If the website said that they wouldn't be open until 6pm then that would've saved me time. Time is not something this studio offers which is totally fine for other people, but I will be staying at my current yoga studio where they allow extra time for everybody at the beginning of classes.

Here you'll find classes for every level, from newbie to pro. I like the staff for their helpfulness and for always adding an element of fun into every class. It's not easy to teach yoga everyday and still deliver a great studio experience, buy they do notwithstanding. Mark and Glamma; Amanda and Doreen and Anita; you're loved more than you know.
