Where to start...well first thing I noticed with the reception desk ladies is that some of them are rude, disrespectful, bullies, unprofessional and abusive. I'm appalled by the way they treat people and how they handle situations whether it's on the phone or in person. Not only have I heard from other people how horrible they treat people but myself and my husband have experienced it as well. As a doctor, as a professional, I would be embarrassed to have staff like that. Makes me cringe to book an appointment...it's so bad I might actually go to the Ministry Of Health or Interior Health to report abuse. I was not going to write this review but then everyone should know how serious it is. I even heard the ladies at the reception desk talk about other people and laugh at them as they leave...I'm sure everyone feels disgusted about it and it's got to stop! Just cause we live in a small town doesn't mean it should go on like this. There, I finally said it for everyone.

They are busy its not surprising they dont pick up all the time also call at proper times better chance at getting them. The receptionist ladies are wonderful and the doctors do a good job at getting to you on time.

I have been waiting almost 2 years to see a family practitioner, my last chance was denied because I had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency dental appointment. I lost the chance because I didn't make contact to cancel the appointment, how am I supposed to do that when the receptionist never answer the phone. I have tried on numerous occasions all hours of the day to get through and I am not the only case. I understand that our health care isn't the greatest in Princeton, hey it's a small town it's to be expected, but I think my tax dollars can at least pick up the phone. You can't tell me that that phone is busy all day or does'nt have 2 lines, I'm sure I've paid for an answering machine by now, why do are obviously important calls not get answered? Is it the phone itself, I'll buy you a new one. Is it plain lazyness, receptionists are not hard to find. After living here for 15 years I now have to find a doctor out of town at probably $200 a trip, WHY. Something has to change, we pay taxes for a reason you know.
