Tryin out the yoga thing again and I love this studio! All the instructors are awesome and bring their own style to each class! I love how they have a variety of classes to go to and they post them online weeks ahead of time. All the instructors are extremely friendly as well!

Best yoga studio in Denver. Great variety of classes, instructors and locations. I would highly recommend checking out Kindness, and your first month is only $30! Can’t beat that.

I can't say enough good things about this place and the people that I've been so lucky to connect with there. They truly reflect yogic philosophy - intentionally making safe spaces for folks from all backgrounds, and offering donation-based classes so that anyone who seeks the healing practice of Asana can find it. I am particularly grateful for Brittney's wisdom, Peret's healing hands and heart, Jordan's knowledgeable adjustments, the sense of safety Kris fosters in her yin classes, Bailey's gentle warmth, Christine's unique sequencing, that insanely impactful black smoke thing Beth does, Alyssa's ability to ground energy, and Lexie's gift for connecting it to the divine. I have so much gratitude for the hearts of the folks I've been able to connect with through this space that I often refer to as my home. What a blessing this place is to all of the people that are lucky enough to find and contribute to it. It is truly life changing to share energy with this community.

Kindness is such an inviting and nonjudgmental environment. I only began practicing yoga a few months ago, and am realizing the myriad of positive effects on my body and mind. All of the instructors are amazing. Jordan was the first instructor that I had, and I continue to seek out his classes. I leave practice feeling incredible due largely to his warmth and the kindness that he radiates. It has been, and continues to be, a truly awakening experience.
