This is a great gym to work out at but...... The child care is very much less so it's great if you don't have kids. I've been to this gym 4 days in a row in the morning and I can't get my kids in the day care so I can't work out. I understand that there's classes and people need to have their children watched but I pay $74 a month where I can't go work out because the times that they watch the kids the classes use up the child minding which I'm getting very annoyed about and considering canceling my membership they need to have more staff period.

The child minding has amazing staff-I have 2 little ones and I feel very comfortable dropping them off. My girls love the childminding staff. The front desk staff on the other hand..... this is not the gym to come to if you want to feel valued as a member. I have had 3 Terrible experiences lately where if I forget my pass, they lecture and speak to me very Condescendingly! They are not warm - at all. They never say “hi”, and they treat you like a number. It really too bad they don’t have better customer service.

The facility is nice and clean and we love the pool however, the child minding awful. Their staff in the child minding area are not very welcoming in the two times I've used them. They barely acknowledged my son or myself and this most recent time I went to pick him up and he clearly had been crying (wasn't crying when I left). My poor son was obviously crying during the 40 mins I was gone as his face was red and he was stutter breathing. However upon my retrieval no one was comforting him or even acknowledged me and the fact that I was comforting him and asking him what was up (staff just watched me). I also stuck around a bit and noticed another child crying as the mom dropped him off, but they just let him cry it out at the door. My heart ached for this little one (I wanted to pick him up and comfort him). If you're expecting some kind of nurturing from the staff for your little while you're away- forget it, this is not the place for you.

Brilliant facilities and staff are always friendly and smiling. Lifeguards do panic a little when a Water Babies baby comes into the pool and can swim at 3 years old. Hydro pool is great for little swimmers and temperature of other pools is OK.

Good work out area. Very clean and well kept facility. Employees are helpful and are well informed about programs and services. It can get very busy in the afternoon. It would be nice to have more machines and more equipment along with space.
