Not bad! Super close to my hotel and has been my home gym for the last 7 weeks while being away from Vancouver- quite a good location for downtown- hours kinda suck Iâ€™m used to 24 hour facilities.

This Goodlife location is in terrible need of repair. Most of the machines are broken in some way and the weights area is no better. It's to the point that there aren't even enough bars for the benches (you have to move them around from bench to bench. It's no better in the change rooms. The sauna in the women's has been broken for over a week and that is a real shame because you need it to recover from the ice cold showers (I don't mean low hot water, I mean NO hot water) The horrible conditions are reflected in the employee turnover. It looks like a small private gym with no members that is just about to go bankrupt. The thing is that this is a big company and this location is always packed. They have plenty of members to warrant putting some money into fixing things and buying new equipment. The only good thing about this location is convenience for those working downtown but it does not reflect well on the company at all.

Large location with friendly staff. No AC it seems on warm weekends, makes working out difficult. Maybe it was just once though.

Good location to hit up serious iron.. much like the old Golds Gym or Iron Works Gym.. a gym not a sissymarry club! Get huge and keep lifting...

Convenient location. I recommend trying this gym out as it is on the 7th floor of the rbc building, giving you a very very nice view of downtown. The gym is small with lots of older equipment. If you go at a busy time you will not get a great workout in as there is less selection of weights and machines compared to other locations. I definitely recommend trying this gym out at a quieter time like on the weekend or later at night.
