She likes it...lots to smell

Love this place...products are amazing ☺ Just need more staff I waited over 15 and finally I just googled what I wanted to know lol

I walked in started looking for something and waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me they even we're standing in front of me ignoring me then I think she just wanted me out of the store so she finally asked what I was looking for quite rudely actually I told her I had a 30$ gift card and I wanted to use it today for some organic products for me and my husband that were cruelty free she then kept trying to make me buy products that were out of my budget which was quite rude when I told her I was only using my gift card then she finally sent me to the travel size section I picked out 2 blemish resistant items and she said I could have another item free I also grabbed a bottle of shower gel that had a sticker that said 5$ reg price 25$ and I grabbed a foot file 8$ for my husband she then rang me through and with the gift card and said I can grab another item under 8$ for free so I grabbed the lipstick which was7.50 she then charged me 28 on top of my gift card when it should have been totally covered then snarkily said the shower gel is 25 I showed her the tag and said it says it is 5$ and she glared at me and said are you buying it or what I told her no I said I wasn't going over my 30$ gift card to be honest I would have bought more things if she hadn't been so rude then the person working with her fixed it and said okay fine it's only 7.50 which doesn't make sense because the 7.50 was suppose to be free because of the buy 2 get 1 free deal she took it off again and said well now you can't use your gift card now and started muttering a swear word in French and I know this because some of my family is French I told her don't worry about it I'll go somewhere else where I'll be treated better then when I walked away they both started laughing at me and muttered something even more rude about me being pregnant so I left in tears
