The staff here are super friendly, and always have an answer to your questions. The location is absolutely beautiful as well, very well kept up. The view is fantastic as well. Even during the busy times it's not very busy as there is a lot of equipment here to use. The change rooms are clean as well, all the people who attended the gym are super helpful as well and will help show you a better or the correct way to do something. Best gym I have ever gone to out of the GoodLife chain.

Best national gym chain. This location is one of the better ones with great views of St John's harbour and a nice open interior. It tends to be quite dead after 7pm and the mornings are also slow. Downsides are the crappy bars - not maintained well so the bearings seem to go quickly - and the fact there is only one drinking fountain. There are growing number of gym bros, but still better than most places.

Small women’s only section, but it’s never super busy so you don’t mind. Te layout is great and the view of the harbour is breathtaking.

A clean gym with modern equipment and big windows to look out over the harbour. Lots of nooks and crannies to workout, but still an open layout.
