I have a story to share... It's a story that became a journey... go back in time to November 2018. I was experiencing significant back pain to a point where the orthopedic surgeon had me scheduled for back surgery. I won't go into the details of the surgery, but let's just say, the rehabilitation would almost be a year, and then with limitations attached. So, I made a decision in November that I'd hit the gym so I could get "fit for surgery" . This is where the journey began and GoodLife became my new travelling companion - and what a companion they have been! 30 less pounds later, and an appointment with my surgeon, who decides that there are now other alternatives to surgery, Was it hard to do?, Yep 100%, Did GoodLife Fitness in Tantallon make my journey easier, yep another 100%. They could have very well made the difference. Thank you Liz and Team. I am grateful to have you on my journey.

I'm new to the area and right away the staff at Good Life makes me feel at home. The equipment is great, the atmosphere positive and energizing and the personal attention from the staff is excellent.
