Great location, has great staff and never stuffed with people and always has enough machines. They also have good massage chairs and showers. With a great hot sauna too to relax. It's open 24 hours most days and has towel service. It helps that the location is in a plaza for anything else you want after your workout.

Awesome environment, staff are so friendly and always willing to help. Love coming here to get a great workout in, gym is always clean. Shiniece and Dominique are lovely. Would totally recommend this as a home gym! And I love the massage chairs!

Love this location. It's always clean and the staff are more than friendly. The environment is one that fosters motivation without judgement. Regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey, I feel that this is a place where you can tell that the team genuinely cares about the well-being of its members.

Justin Smith helped me today and he was so amazing! I have been to goodlife multiple times and was turned off by the associated but this time Justin really helped take care of my needs and I felt good to get a package. Thank you so much !!!!

Stinks like body odour. Could use a revamping. My biggest issue is the salesperson who said a family member can join in and get the same plan as me, with an additional one time registration fee of $40, and then went ahead and charged $100. She said things changed (new year), but if your reps make a promise, it should be honored. It was only 2 or 3 months that went by and they were overcharging for the "new year's resolutionist" crowd.
