Cherry Bomb Garage Gym (Sara) is a game changer! I was looking for a place where I could get some guidance with strength training. What I found was a coach that was incredibly knowledgeable and committed to instilling good form, and mobility.... as well as the strength component. Cherry Bomb has a way of helping you push yourself and recognize your potential, while keeping it safe and fun. The environment is contagious! It’s everything I needed to succeed... Someone to plan my workouts, the technology to sign in to my class time (mobile app), great environment, great people and the equipment to get it done!

I have been going to Cherry Bomb for almost a year now - and as they say, time flies when you are having fun! There has not been a single day where I have not had fun, although most days are hard work! The coaches make the process fun, explaining why we are doing things and how it will help in every day life. All coaches are extremely knowledgeable, and instinctively know how much you can do, encouraging you to push yourself, and occasionally end up in your “discomfort” zone, because it is not something you ever thought you would, or COULD do...and yet here you are DOING IT! As well as amazing coaches, the members at the gym are so encouraging, as I read somewhere - the loudest cheers are usually for the last one finishing! Not a day goes by that I do not get encouragement from at least one other member. A long review, to say simply that Cherry Bomb Garage is more than a gym - no cards to swipe, coaches know who each and every member is, what their goals are and how to help them achieve those goals and more. If you are looking for that personal touch when you work out, then this is the place for you!

Every class/coach encourages you & pushes you to bring your best self through the workout. And every class, you are able to do just a bit more than the class before. It’s a “home” away from home, so welcoming & a great deal of fun is had every class. Modifications offered to help beginners get started & meet goals. Definitely recommend Cherry Bomb Garage Gym!

No matter what fitness level you start at you are made to feel welcome. They scale everything to your level so you can partner with someone at a different level to yourself and get a great workout and contribute equally. Cherry Bomb is family, the coaches encourage the best from you but so do all the people who go there too. The mantra is to be the best version of you, and you absolutely can achieve that.

The true definition of no judgement zone. Start with the basics, build at your own pace and capabilities-or don't. Great group of people to work with. I've been here for 5 years and can't imagine going anywhere else.
