Great experience with Pete. He was recommended to me when I was in search of something different regarding trainers. The travel distance was farther than I wanted to travel (25 minutes one way) however thought I would try it out and see. Definitely worth it. Pete and his team know their stuff and will push you to the limit, while making you laugh. They make it fun but you sweat at the same time. You won't regret it if you join their facility. Go and see for yourself.

Alyson and Erik were career day presenters at Henry Ford Academy Elementary School and they were FANTASTIC!!! They were the best presenters I have ever had. They were very smart in choosing age appropriate activities for the students. They were able to change things up at a moment's notice when needed. I was able to work out with my class and have a lot of fun. They were great representatives of the gym. I would recommend this gym because of them.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience training with Pete! I have been to several trainers and this is leaps and bounds above the rest, he runs a tight ship, which I appreciate. Not only have I seen a change in my physical appearance, but it has not even seemed like work (it has felt like it though, do not mistake what I am saying). It was/is exactly the type of personal training I was looking for, I am so impressed and grateful for Pete and his team for their professionalism and in-depth knowledge. I would highly recommend signing up for sessions, you will not regret one moment, or dollar spent here!

I looked up personal trainers in my area and was introduced to Exersthetic Evolution. I began my journey with Pete in January and am proud to say I've lost 25 lbs in 4 months. The atmosphere is so comfortable and fun while getting an amazing workout. Pete and all the trainers know how to push u and get the most out of your session. Also provides a meal plan that goes along with your training! If you're looking to get serious results, Pete and his trainers are the answer. U won't be disappointed!!😉😉😉

Pete was seriously great to work with. He had the perfect balance of pushing when I needed to be pushed and still being supportive and fun. We laughed the whole way through my workouts with him and he got me to do things I didn't think I could do. I had reconstructive surgery on my right shoulder when I was 13, and it never healed quite right. My range of motion was significantly reduced compared to my left shoulder and I always had trouble in the past with pain when trying to work out on my own. Pete worked with me and used modified positions when my shoulder hurt and my range of motion is almost equivalent now and my shoulder strength is the best it's ever been. Pete's knowledgeable, funny, supportive, and efficient, and I can't recommend him more.
