I've been with the gym since January, and Jeff has been nothing but kind and encouraging! The gym is always clean, with no wait times for the equipment. I recently started the 28 day challenge and I love it so far! The trainers are exceptional and accommodating. Would recommend the personal training if you're looking for accountability and someone to push you!

Great club with great staff. The owner Jeff goes above and beyond to accomodate your needs. The staff always say hi to you when you come in and refer to you by name. There is never a wait for equipment, and the other club goers are super nice and respectful. A great community at a well stocked well managed club.

I wanted to improve my cardio and overall health and was looking for a gym to join, and Anytime Fitness is located near my house, so I went in to check this gym out. The staff was very friendly, the gym very clean and their equipment looked really up to date. I’ve never worked out at a gym before and was very nervous/anxious having no experience using the equipment and didn’t want to look out of place. So I explained my knowledge of gyms and my reservations to staff and they took the time to show exactly how to use the machines I was interested in a very friendly and helpful manner. Nothing was rushed. They went into detail on every machine to make sure I was extremely confident using the machines and a plan on how to achieve my goals. The owner Jeff also came by to introduce himself and to make me feel comfortable in my new surroundings. I signed for a membership that day and I could not be happier! After a month of hard work, my blood pressure is finally coming down and I feel that I have more energy! Thank you Jeff and all the Anytime Fitness staff for making me feel comfortable and showing me how to live a healthier lifestyle. Chris

I love this club!! Anytime Fitness has been my gym for nearly two years and this location did not disappoint! Not only is it brand new with all kinds of equipment, I had the opportunity to join in on a coaching session, and it was the best workout I’ve had in months! Jeff, the manager there came right up and introduced himself, showed me around and made me feel right at home! The technology on the treadmills is a bit more advanced than I’m used to, so one of the friendly home club members beside me showed me how to use it as well! I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

Great club. Love those new equipment and the staff there. This club has parking right out front and has a great buzz. They Coach / train people in an open area and the sessions are amazing. I have done 4 sessions there (I subscribe to the sessions in the Kitchener clubs but use this one as well). Jeff is knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Highly recommend.
