Amazing class! Best spinning/yoga teacher I’ve ever experienced in Thornhill!! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the yoga class at Spynga. It was a very good session. The instructor explained the postures well and while we were holding them she related very interesting and beneficial yogic philosophy. She sounded extremely well educated in the principles of yoga and had an impressive knowledge of the Sanskrit names. She recommended props such as bolsters and blocks to help avoid injury. I did feel some of the postures were held too long and that it would be good if she would suggest alternatives for whoever is getting sore or tired in the held posture, and/or I would have preferred a larger number of/more varied postures. It is a nice room, but small for the number that attended. All in all I really did enjoy it and I felt great afterward in both body and spirit.

Excellent facility and a really great vibe. I felt the instructors and staff were nothing short of perfect in introducing a new 'spinner' to the environment. My instructor Chuck Rosenberg was brilliant. Kept the room engaged, lively and friendly. Good tunes and a killer workout. Wasn't hard to get motivated to max potential. And easy parking on the north side of the building. Simple.

Best Spinning and Yoga classes in Toronto! Their studios are clean and roomy and they have the best instructors that I have ever experienced. Their staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and you get the attention you deserve. Prices are good too, I like their package options. Highly recommended!

We didn't know what to expect and we are happy to say we loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. They were helpful in every way. making the transition of feeling lost to feeling relaxed. The instructor was energetic and a lot of fun.She was encouraging and never once did she make us feel inadequate. Her music was exhilarating and enjoyable. We are looking forward to trying out all the classes Spynga has to offer.
