I recently had a 90 minute massage with Griffin and have booked several more for the coming weeks to address numbness in my fingers following several old athletic injuries. He was thorough, very informative and extremely conscious of the reactions of my injured muscles/nerves. I would definitely recommend Rupnow Massage Therapy for any sports injuries, relaxation massage, and any of your RMT needs!

Griffin’s talent, passion and tremendous knowledge base was very reflective today during my massage therapy treatment. He paid a high level of attention to muscle twitch/releases and referral pain....something I have never experienced from an RMT. Will certainly be coming back for another massage treatment.

Very professional and friendly staff at Rupnow Massage Therapy! I’ve been a regular customer for the past 3 months and the improvement I’ve seen in my quality of movement in my knee is incredible. Less pain and better strength. Highly recommend you take a visit for all your massage and therapeutic needs

I had the pleasure of being advised from a friend to get a treatment at Rupnow Massage Therapy during a recent vacation to Bancroft. I received an unbelievable treatment from Kiyah and am still feeling the benefits from the massage as well as from the education and knowledge I got from her. I’m already looking for my next excuse to visit Bancroft! Amazing experience.
