Awesome gym! Everyone is super friendly. My trainer Roxanne is amazing!!! Sheâ€™s supper patient and always tries to find better ways to keep my workouts effective. Sheâ€™s also super motivating and truly cares about my progress. I love training with her because she makes every session fun and exciting!

Absolutely love this place! From the minute you walk through the door, you can feel the positive energy from the wonderful people at the front desk! It truly feels like home in there. I've been blessed to be working with the most amazing personal trainer, Tom Bailey. He motivates and challenges me like no other. I have accomplished so much in the last nine months of working with him! Professional, personable, highly knowledgeable and so amazing at what he does. My body has totally changed and has never felt this good in my life. My running has improved dramatically because of how he has taught me to train and strengthen my body. I am so lucky to be working with him. Tom has taught me to train smarter and efficiently. I will continue to do whatever it takes to make his sessions a part of my weekly routine. He is worth every penny....and then some. :)

This gym definitely has to be one of the busiest locations out there and I can tell why. Itâ€™s literally got everything a gym could ever need while still being affordable with all the amenities offered. I was figuring out between which gym I wanted to invest my time and money with, and this was what I ended up settling with. This has had to have been one of the smartest and wisest choices Iâ€™ve made of my life. Ive lost roughly 8 lbs and am increasing my strength little by little, for that Iâ€™m very thankful. The staff keeps it held down constantly, like they are legit insane to be able to handle such a large volume of members in the club, and thatâ€™s like always. Iâ€™ve seen Mark definitely holding it down at the front desk like no other, picking up the phone calls, distributing towels, and handling member issues left, right, and centre. This guy deserves recognition, and I can only imagine extreme training these associates get to manage it all. All the best!! :)

The gym itself is great, awesome layout plenty of equipment and everything is new. There is a coed pool with a steam and jacuzzi, and a cold pool. My only complaint here is the cleanliness of the gym, the men's room doesn't seem to get the cleaning attention it should as the showers and bathrooms are starting to develop a strong odour. It would be nice to see the bathrooms cleaned on a regular basis and sprayed down with chemical to disinfect the place from time to time

I am currently doing personal training with Ray and he is amazing! I really like how he is always switching up my workouts to keep it exciting and fun. He also really pushes me to do more than I thought I could and I'm really seeing results! I highly recommend him! The other personal trainers are also very friendly and are always smiling at me and saying hi when I come in for my sessions! It is a great experience! The gym is also really nice, clean, bright and very open!
