24 hour access for those with crazy lives, can't go wrong there. The facilities here are kept in excellent condition and it is extremely rare to ever queue up at any particular machine. Shower facilities, tanning and massage are all offered however the tanning can only be used when staff are present due to regulations. The staff are great and I go out of my way to chat with the other regulars completing this excellent experience.

Has all the standard gym equipment in a small gym atmosphere. Offers 365/24/7 worldwide access. On top of your membership fees is Personal training, small group training, tanning and hydro massage. The gym offers on demand class instead of instructor lead.

Beware when it comes to canceling your membership the owner is not honorable at all, Evan with abundant notice in writing and claims not to receive emails and several phone calls the owner says he's right. NO customer service skills, hangs up on you and out right lies to you, make sure you have everything in writing and well documented because you will need it. Paul was totally unprofessional to deal with, thank God for the visa disputes dept! If I did something wrong Visa would not be supporting my dispute. I have read similar reviews from others who have been through the same unfortunate experience with you Paul. Hopefully you will treat your customers better in the future.

Excellent place all around. The owner Paul is great and I have had nothing but positive experiences with both the staff and members!

A very clean, well-maintained gym that has all the fitness equipment and amenities I could ask for. Plus it has a StairMaster, which a lot of gyms don't have. Easily five stars!
