Lots of the typical cardio stuff but there's a growing quadrant of the floor being consumed by proper strength gear. We now have a grass area for sled pulls and 2 proper platforms. Lots of free weights, barbells, dumbbells, the racks are usually occupied but the weight is short and the patrons are almost all awesome. I've been to many GoodLife locations, this one is the best by far.

My Favorite of all the goodlife fitness clubs I have been to. They have great facilities, all the machines and workout acessories I need. The co-ed area is so big and open, and all the windows really light up the room. The staff is also really great, very helpful. One day I forgot my workout shirt and the guy at the front desk was concerned enough to find me one to wear so I could still get my workout in for the day! They recently added new sets of kettle bells which I greatly appreciate! They now have a much wider range of weight that goes up in smaller increments.

Good Location. But kind of frustrating sometimes, when you have to wait for a squat-bar(30-40 mins). Especially when people are talking to their friends and taking their time. Plus kinda jelly that the women's only side has 2 squat racks that are never used, and they come to the main area to use the racks there

Clean. 2 levels. Nice hot yoga studio. Large gym. Clean floors (no carpeting like other Goodlife gyms that can hold odours). New equipment. Nice stretch area. Nice free weights area. Nice crowd - family friendly. Friendly customer service. Nice clean washrooms. No complaints.

I dont usually write reviews but 2 stars not because of the fitness club itself but because of the members. During peak times there are way too much juice guys laying on machines with there sweat all over and they dont bother to clean it after. The change room is usually taken up by a bunch of kids taking pictures of themselves posing and their friends all the time. Machines are usually taken for prolong periods of time because girls here have to get take multiple pictures and selfies. The only time I can go here is during peak times due to work and even my wife hates it. The younger members comes here to take pictures on their phones and not to workout. I just left the gym here early morning and none of those young members are here, only if it can be like this all the time. Company needs to have a no cell phone picture taking policy in on the club floor.
