Amazing workout with a ton of variety that keeps the workout fun. It's also SAFE and in a controlled environment unlike some privately owned bootcamps where injuries are a constant. The coaches & staff are experienced, certified and super upbeat which is a huge plus! I am super thrilled to be starting my fitness regime with this location as I've just relocated here from Victoria, BC.

I love everything about your workouts! The concept of Orangetheory is incredibly motivating and I've never felt better about myself since I've joined. Management, specifically Zoran, has gone out of his way to make my experience memorable and enjoyable thus far. The customer service and experience that I've had with him is what I expect when it comes to first-class organizations. Your coaches/personal trainers have been extremely motivating and energetic too. I look forward to attending many more classes and will be recommending your location to friends, colleagues, and family. Keep up the exceptional service and workouts!

I have been a member at this location since September 2017. When I started with OTF everyone knew my name. The coaches, workouts, and front counter staff were incredible. I loved the OTF family. After returning from vacation over Christmas holidays, I found there was a major turnover of the front desk staff and coaches. Despite coming 4+ times per week, the new girls continually greeted me with “what’s your name again?”. They have made zero effort to learn members names. This past Friday it took me twice as long to drive to the gym due to bad weather (its 5kms from my house). I called ahead to let them know I was on route, but the roads were bad. Upon arriving at the gym after a terrifying drive on icy roads (2 minutes late), I rushed to change into my indoor shoes. One of the front counter girls decided to come over and tell me I had less than 30 seconds to get into the class or else I’d have to leave or wait 60 minutes for the next class. I pay $190/month for my membership. I am always on time. I didn’t realize I should have risked my life in a snowstorm to arrive 2 minutes earlier. Her tone and attitude were so unprofessional and offensive to me, I cancelled my membership on the spot. Instead of apologizing for her poor tone and approach, she continued to make excuses for her behaviour which just made me more disappointed. Jason is the best coach they have, and I want to thank him for always pushing me to achieve my best in my workouts. I will miss the workouts but can’t justify paying $190/month to be treated like dirt by the new girls working the front counter there.
