What great staff! Prices are unbeatable. I love that the aqua massage and tanning beds are included in my membership. They also have a women only area, which is nice.

Awesome gym! I love the atmosphere and they offer a great array of both free weights and machines, cardio equipment and classes. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. Not only that but they remember you and treat you like a normal person not just another client paying their bills.

Pretty disappointed. The gym isn't 24 hours at all and tonight when I asked to stay 3 minutes to 7:03, they denied me. Just stop saying your 24 hours. I can't believe it. It's not like they would have been out of the building by then. The gym changed its name, I assume because of the negative reviews so they rebranded. Parking is a nightmare. If you're not broke I STRONGLY URGE YOU to go anywhere else.

Poor customer service. A customer service representative named Alyssa snapped at me when I forgot my key fob but was trying to enter the gym. Any other gym would have let me in after checking my phone number and name but she also needed me to take a photo and get a new key fob. Strange.

Parking can be a nightmare. #firstworldproblems, I know. But still, it's extremely frustrating. Its a small place and it really does smell funny. Most people seem nice there though. Just wish it was bigger. I've opted to switch to LA Fitness just down the road. A little more pricey but well worth it in my opinion.
