The team at All Day Personal Training are incredible! I've been working out there for a few months now and love the results I'm seeing as well as the confidence I've gained. Each workout is different and keeps getting better and better! They are great to accommodate any requests they can for times or private sessions. Best decision I've ever made to start working out with All Day Personal Training!

Joe has been awesome! I started with Joe in august once a week.... post 4 months rotator cuff surgery and 6 months herniated disc.... he started slowly and focusing on technique and core strength. In September bumped it up to two sessions a week... now moving faster and hitting harder as well as doing shoulder strength excercises... now in October bumped it up to three times a week (one with my son). Now I am there 5 days a week. His classes and privates are both very challenging. Joe is patient, focused and pushes you each time. He is very good with teenagers and young kids. My kids really like him and how he trains them oh and he doesn't negotiate with them!! Lol !! I look forward to working hard at every session!! Thankyou so much Joe!! If you want to get in shape and build confidence he is the guy to train with!!
