I absolutely love this gym, for a few reasons! I’ve been coming here on and off for years, the atmosphere is great, it has just about everything I need and I feel extremely comfortable here. Big shout out to the girls at the front desk, the evening crew is the best! The girls ALWAYS have the sweetest greetings, are accommodating to all my weird questions and I look forward to seeing them every day when I come in! Alicia and the rest of the crew - thank you for always making me feel so welcome!

So glad I signed up for personal training with Samantha, she has been amazing! For someone who was nervous to start going to the gym, she made it such a fun experience. Also THANK YOU to the girls at the front desk who are awesome! Always so welcoming and friendly, such a great atmosphere to walk into.

I love this gym, I work for reign energy and have done a sampling here for the employees and the customers, I have also done a one week trial here and have loved my experience! It is a welcoming environment where the staff engages with its customers! I feel as though this gym is like a community and the front desk employee alaysia has been nothing but amazing to me! She guided me around the gym and explained the whereabouts of the equipment, she is passionate about her own fitness as well as making sure everyone is comfortable! I always see her cleaning the gym which is very refreshing as gyms can get quite dirty due to sweating etc. she has greeted me with a smile when I walked in and when I left. She has encouraged me to get a membership and I will definitely be looking into my best options thanks to her! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!

I have been in the fitness industry for over twenty years and I now go to GoodLife Upper Wentworth because of the staff. The staff here at this gym are non judgmental they are very helpful whenever I have questions. The young girl Alicia is always smiling and she always gives me advice on nutrition and equipment use. I bought personal training package because the girls at the front desk make the atmosphere feel so inviting. The best Women’s club in the GTA I’m so happy my fitness goals are finally being met! Thank you GoodLife Staff!
