Decent classes best for getting proper Pilates form. They do slower paced classes, so if you’re looking for a hard workout, you won’t find it here.

I was having back issues and a friend recommended Imprint Pilates - I have now been taking private classes with Dana for a few weeks now and I would highly recommend. Dana has developed a personalized workout that helps strengthen the areas that need working on, while also teaching me the fundamentals. She mixes up the workouts so I’m never bored, and always learning. I’m challenged enough that I break a sweat, and I’ve started to really enjoy pilates! I look forward to also taking their group classes in the near future.

I had my first private intro class at Imprint Pilates yesterday and absolutely loved it. I was very impressed with my instructor who was extremely knowledgeable and motivating. The studio atmosphere is positive and inviting - there was not a single moment I felt uncomfortable or out of place. Customer service was outstanding from each staff member that I interacted with from the start-up process right through to the end. This was my first try at Pilates and I left the studio eager to return. I literally smiled the entire streetcar ride home (you know how rare that is if you’ve ever taken the TTC during rush hour!). I would highly recommend Imprint Pilates for overall body health as well as pain management. Thank you, Imprint! I’ll be back often ;)

I highly recommend Imprint Pilates to everyone either starting out or maintaining their routine. The staff are highly professional and their knowledge base is remarkable. They make you feel right at home and give the word "comfortable" a higher meaning. They push you to your limit if that is what you are working towards or, if you have physical impairments, they take you down a easy path to recovery. I cannot say enough positive things about this establishment! If you are passing through or thinking of changing venues then Imprint Pilates is the place to be. Check it out and you will not be disappointed!

Imprint Pilates is an amazing facility! I've been a pilates client since January 2013 and have always felt very well cared for. Alisha is a wonderful instructor who has taught me invaluable information about my body and posture. Our semi private classes are ever changing and new goals are always being set. The studio is warm, inviting and professional; the instructors are friendly, well trained and motivating. It's the perfect environment to help you reach your health and fitness goals! :)
