This place is great as it is an all women's gym. There is always a warning if a man will be on ground for renovations or plumbing. They have a new extensive HIT and relaxation rooms, but it's only available if you have the new ultimate membership or you pay an extra $7 on your plan. The staff are really nice and willing to help. Some do get irritated at last minute gym leavers which is unfounded as you can technically leave at any time before closing. The gym is super clean and they installed an awesome self-serve exercise screen to work out in the big group fitness room. I do notice however they do not enforce some of their clients to clean the machines after using them apart from the first tutorial day. I've noticed some women leaving their used machines unclean, so you may want to clean your machine before you use it. The locker room is great and clean .You are however unable to leave gym bags in the lockers with padlocks overnight. They will cut your locks after a couple days of seeing it there.

Small location but well appointed. This location was converted from a different company so it is the only location in Ottawa that contains a pool and I really feel this element has been ignored. The gym side is fine but the pool has no classes or programs. I would love to do some aqua fit but they only ever have open swim.
