The manager Christian in London Ontario on Oxford has asked me for legal documents to confirm my pregnancy when they are over changing me twice a month and I cancelled three months ago which apparently didn’t go through due to an employees misinformation and of course no recorded phone calls ??? so two over charges of different amounts twice a month for three months and no solution except for he will refund partial charges if I provide legal documentation of my pregnancy. If I could give no stars I would, even when I came the service was less than poor with employees too busy socializing and low on stock I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone as it’s disgusting the behaviour of thier staff. Do not go here you will experience the worst gym experience that can be provided and prying for you’re most personal information, which legally I know is something they can NOT ask for. Don’t worry Christian, I will be making this known, you might be manager but acting like this will have you lose you’re job, and the company will refund me in full !hassle free! due to you’re poor management and poor training of employees.

Have been coming here since January . its clean and always welcomed by the desk people who are really nice. Got to love the bucket of candy so you can have a treat in the judgment free zone. Machines get fixed quickly and there is never a shortage. The price is amazing for all the perks you get. I also tann and use the body enhancement machine and the rooms are clean and beds always available with no wait times.

Great gym. You can't beat the price. Of all the gyms I have been to in the last 50 years this might be the best. The reason? It's clean and all the equipment works. It probably pay 20$ a month. But it's only 10$.

Great gym for a great price! $10 / mo if you want the basic membership.. $20 / mo gives you unlimited tanning, massage chairs, total body machine, use of any gym in the province and the "bring a friend" privilege.. Gets busy at times but there are lots of machines, pre designated workout areas, free weights etc. Locker rooms are clean, good showers, overall comfortable..
