I love that there is no annual membership. You pay monthly, price depends on how often you want to work out each week, and can be changed monthly. Price INCLUDES a certified coach. It's an organized 1 hour workout with everyone doing the same thing but at various levels. Makes sense.

I had a great experience so far. The staff and the couch are amazing! The best thing about it is that each session is different and you don't get tired of the same routine. Also, best for someone who doesn't know how to work out and has been out of the gym for a long time!

It's not an easy workout, but definitely if you do it regularly you'll be in terrific shape. not for me however

My wife joined, loved it, and convinced me to go. I have some hearing loss, with the music blasting I could never hear the instructors commands. I swallowed my pride and asked for accommodations so I could follow along: print out of the days work out or project the workout on a screen...anything. The instructor laughed and said that’s not going to happen. I went 2 or 3 more times and had to quit, just couldn’t follow what was being said. Unfortunate because it was a really good hour of blasting calories and something we could do together. We both quit the following week.

The amount of texting and calling is beyond ridiculous. Don’t go there or give your contact unless you’re 110% sure you will become a member. Otherwise, they will annoy you even on a Sunday morning. Disgusting old marketing approach.
