Good Space lives up to its namesake in every way -- from embodying the ethos that yoga and meditation can be accessible to everyone, to the actual studio, which is beautiful, light-filled and full of thoughtful touches. My Move More class was accessible, positive and I got a good sweat out of it. I can't wait to go back!

I absolutely love Good Space! I'm definitely a beginner and find the classes super easy to follow and all the instructors so warm and friendly. The environment is so beautiful and relaxing - exactly what I was looking for! Will definitely be back time and time again

Friendly and welcoming space with a good range of classes depending on how you are fee0ling on any given day! I used to find meditation intimidating, but the "Still" class left me feeling very calm and empowered. Also loved that yoga mats are provided!!

Neat place! I’m no yogi so I was a little intimidated, but the staff, the space, and the classes were welcoming and worthwhile. Also it’s a well-curated/designed spot—definitely a ‘good space’.

Good space? More like great space!! This studio is the best Toronto has to offer. The studio itself is meticulously designed with beautiful, hand crafted fixtures, and pottery, unique textures and art from around the world. Sun pours in through the east facing windows during morning classes, which adds an element of sparkle to the am zen. The staff and instructors are friendly and accommodating, with varying styles of thoughtful leadership and excellent taste in music (the kind you want to Shazam - so keep your phone close!) which fills both the lobby and classroom spaces. It’s a worry free zone, you don’t even need to lug a mat with you — the studio provides everything you could possibly need — they even have a lovely little curation of Turkish towels on offer at the front desk (among other cute gems is a branded hat which adorn cool kids all around town). Even wiping down your mat at the end of class is a joy, each spray bottle is filled with artisanal calming scents. Five stars, would go back time and time again - and suggest you do too!
