People at this YMCA. That includes both staff and members are very friendly,respectful and honest.People from New York State and out of towners like the relaxed feel of this YMCA.

Nice pool, aquafit, lots of exercise equipment, and fitness programs. Great instructors and desk staff too.

If you are a focused athlete this is not the place for you. Yoga is horrible .

Good place to swim, take classes or use the basketball court. However if you want to lift weights seriously this is not the gym to do it.
