i wont give them any stars...they charge me $300 for nothing. I cancelled my membership after one month only and the person dealing with me told me that i have been charged $40 for one month even after cancellation. its their contract policy. i said ok but cancel it for future i dont need any more payments and not even their membership any more because of my health issues.......but they didnt canceled my membership instead that guy put that on hold without informing me. and they keep on charging me $36 for 5 months. there is no transperancy here and moreover i am not getting any refunds.....as i used none of their services. it is really pathetic

This gym is the worst I have ever encountered!! I had a complaint, followed the entire procedure and received no response! Discrimination and bullying is what i have endured at this location! Management are not trained professionals just average people without any skills at all! I have never been treated with little respect. The outlook for this gym is very poor. The future this club will be one that will close due to poor management and poor treatment of the paying members. I refuse to go back and encourage others to please take time to get to know other gyms. As for Corporate, they do not follow the procedures when you have a complaint. Corporate greed, what happened to the values of the paying customers! Shame on treating customers so poorly! I will Not be renewing membership at Goodlife. You will be hearing from my lawyer in the near future.

I haven't been for two years. But many of the work it machines are broken and have been for three better part of a year. They do like to spend money on washrooms renovations. The staff only answer questions if you are willing to buy something. A good place to work if you are lazy and apathetic
