Worst gym environment and also customer service experience ever. I came to Ottawa for work and ended up booking the hotel next door so I could use the gym in early mornings since the gym is 24/7 open. Horrible experience I have ever had in my life, people who work there needs to LEARN what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Although I was holding my hotel's key and card, it took me forever to convince the representative that I am REALLY staying at the hotel, after back and forward he SEND me to my hotel to take a paper which was a big turn off, hello, there's TECHNOLOGY exist, he could easily CALL and confirm it since they are doing business with the hotel. Anyways that's not the end, after all the paperwork he finally let me in with a big attitude as if he is doing me a favour, I paid for everything and that includes me to use the gym as well. I wanted to do weights so when I came closer to bars, another representative came next to me and said I can not use any equipment without a towel, and of course they saw me getting in without bag or towel, but of course they didn't think of mentioning it at the beginning to someone WHO IS NEW there. So after all the unnecessary stuff I went to front desk to ask for towel and he denied to give me a towel, she said I could have bring my own towel from my room. I don't know if that's how they are treating to every customer or they were just being racist. I've had 7 years of customer service experience in the past, in Canada - and in Europe and I never treated a living like that, or let them figure out the solution themselves. If the person is getting paid to work, IT IS his job to help people, not sit and watch people getting in. Super disappointed

Great gym for serious athletes or bodybuilders, lots of equipment and good atmosphere they even have DJ's on Friday! Affordable membership. The only 24/7 gym in the region.

Only gym in the area I'll go to....top notch place

Best gym I ever worked out in, and I’ve been going to gyms since 20 years. The owner lifts himself, so he knows what he’s buying. There’s enough plates on plenty of racks, you never have to look for plates, or for a place, because there’s plenty of everything, and people actually do return dumbbells and plates back to the racks. The machines there are all highest quality, no sagging belts, no unsymmetrical training etc. It takes a bit to warm up with the people there, but if you’re there to get big then there’s no better place in the whole Ottawa region.

Great gym for someone who’s serious about bodybuilding/fitness! Also free every friday nights from 7-9 I believe
