Tony greco has a good thing going here you will definitely feel the burn in his well planed classes, you can also get a pre or post workout beverage.

Amazing workouts here. The best music and energetic instructors! Lots of parking. Change rooms are small and could really use to be expanded

Make sure you want to sign up for a full year. If you change your mind they will try to hold you to your contract no matter what's going on in your life. I had to quit for personal reasons after a few months and after a lot of back and forward they agreed to cancel my sub if I paid 3 more months. They ended up taking money out the subsequent two months after that too. Promised to send a cheque for the difference which somehow never arrived. The workouts are good but these business practices belong in the previous century.

One of the best gyms I've ever been in. The concept of having them create your fitness schedule for you is a load off. You will be doing a full body workout including cardio, weights and general body weight. The music is excellent as well and the instructors are motivating. Overall, a great environment combined with a small community that you can become part of.
