Thought I might join because it is a women's club. Great facility. Convient location for me. Helpful knowledgeable staff spent time showing me around and gave me some handouts. Follow up phone call a few weeks later but no pressure. In the end I joined the local Y with my husband but no negative comments about GoodLife. Actually it's less expensive than the Y.

I purchased a membership in January 2017, paid in full for the year, February I incurred an injury and could not attend the gym, I contacted the local gym and they advised me to email the head office which I did requesting they place my account on hold as I needed surgery which was scheduled for July followed by three months of Physio. The response I received is that they couldn’t put my account on hold as I paid for my membership in full. If I went on their monthly plan then it could be done. This makes no sense at all, they have my $500.00 and I essentially received nothing. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Had I not incurred this injury they may have had a long time member. It’s just bad business!!! Wouldn’t recommend this gym to anybody !!!!!

Ok gym, not the best atmosphere did not feel very motivated after an older trainer there was not very friendly. I did go back to give it another try, but I will not be returning. Although, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Probably a better gym for ladies that enjoy doing classes.
