Nordic Balance offers a focused, professional, and personal training environment. The trainers and physical therapists are top notch. I selected Nordic for its very discreet location, the quality of the staff, and the low-key, anti-glam experience they work hard to maintain.

Great equipment, very clean, and with good facilities: pool, sauna, good changing rooms with lockers that don't require coins to operate. Brilliant!

This is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of and the personal trainers are excellent. The team are very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and great at helping you achieve your goals. The service is very personal and Linn has been the ideal trainer for me. She has pushed and challenged me beyond what I thought myself capable of. Within just 3 weeks I'd lost 3kgs and 6% body fat. There was no way I could have done that without Linn and the team at Nordic Balance. I've also had the opportunity to work with Alessandro and Aliz too, who were also great and pushed me. Simon helped me get my diet on the right track and finally Laura who has well and truly given me the best sports massage I've ever had. This is a great gym with a great team. I've never enjoyed training as much as I do and the feeling I get once the session is done.

I have been training with Nordic Balance balance for a number of years now and I can safely say it is the best gym I have trained at. Pierre and the whole team deliver a consistently friendly, approachable, personal experience and their commitment to this ethos is evident in every interaction. I also train with PT Alessandro who has delivered a fantastic programme helping to take my all round fitness to levels I didn't know I could achieve. He keeps raising the bar, setting new challenges, whilst always keeping the circuits fresh and varied (but always tough!). I have also received first class physio and sports therapy treatments and advice throughout this time from Jo and JV and I cannot stress enough how great it is to have this available in house from members of the team who already know your training style, injury history and who can monitor and give advice on your recovery as you train.

Nordic Balance has got to be the best gym I have ever signed up to. Not only are the facilities and classes amazing, but the staff are so friendly and helpful. The quality of the personal training is just exceptional! This year I have been able to achieve my fitness goals and I don't think I would have done it without the Nordic Balance team. A special mention to my PT Aliz, who has been amazing this year. Would highly recommend to all!
