The Yogic Path offers probably some of the most profound teaching you could find outside pune, india. The precision and strength of physical practise is integrated with the philosophy of yoga. This philosophy underpins not just yoga practice, but informs our approach to life. Strength, softness and flexibility; courage and subtlety; art, science and humanity all meet in the teachings at the Yogic Path. I recommend this studio to anyone interested in yoga, health, philosophy, psychology, humanity and, well, life.

Highly recommended - classes for all levels and teacher workshops. This is the place to go if you really want to learn about yoga.

I have been attending classes here for over a year, and have been doing yoga of various types at different places for around 8 years. This yoga school is different from others I've attended, as the classes have really extended my depth of knowledge - I'm not only improving on the physical aspect of yoga, I'm deepening my understanding as well. The teachers are very senstive and understanding of their students. Mira also teaches a yoga philosophy class, which looks at yogic philosophy through the ancient texts rather than from a predetermined interpretation, I'm not aware of anyone else who teaches the philosophy in this way, (or of anyone else qualifed to do this after getting her MA in Sanskrit at Oxford, Mira studied Sanskrit literature in India for several years). Excellent yoga school. Highly recomended.
