Had a great Astaga class here tonight. More meditative than any yoga classes I've been to in London and I've tried 5 different studios. But no less challenging. A difficult but absolutely approachable class. I will be signing up for a membership. Would recommend.

I'm SO HAPPY that Light Centre has opened here in Monument. Being fairly new, the incredible selection of yoga classes are fairly quiet, which means lots more guidance and corrections from the teachers! There are a huge amount of treatments and massage options and the Crush Juice bar is exceptional. The facilities are new and feel quite luxury! Thank You Light Centre!

One of London's most luxurious wellness studios, offering great therapy services, a meditation room, yoga and pilates reformer classes.

A beautiful studio located in heart of London with great stuff and offers all kind of different classes and therapies. I can highly recommend the Essenian Therapy by ANTONELLO BRUNETTI (Pranavoice). He will take you on a personal journey where you will re-establish your mind, body and soul. If you are looking to connect with your inner self, be ready to experience something incredibly powerful and amazing!
