I trained with The Minded Institute and now lecture on the program. I found the training personally and professionally transforming. It's been invaluable in my career as a clinical psychologist, helping me to integrate mind body approaches into my work, as well as opening up a whole new area of practice. I love that the training constantly evolves to keep up with the latest research and developments in the field.

I trained with The Minded Institute qualifying as a Yoga Therapist for mental health in 2014. It offers highly developed courses which are exceptional and enlightening, and I feel offers something completely unique. It elegantly merges advanced knowledge of yoga, physiology, modern medicine and research and teaches the theory and practical application of this, in order to help people improve both their mental and physical health. It simply changed the course of my life completely.

The Minded Institute run exceptional, high quality yoga therapy training courses. I have first hand experience of dealing with all of the teachers at the Minded Institute and have only ever been impressed by their commitment to the students and their expertise within their specialist areas. The level of care given in supporting students during their training (whether its a long or a short course) is exceptional. The Minded Institute founder - Heather Mason - has a passion for delivering high quality teachings and course content, and her approach is to back up the use of therapeutic yoga with scientific research and studies, to ensure the optimum health and well-being of all the Minded students and their future clients. Highly recommended.

Studying Yoga Therapy with the Minded Institute prepared me to confidently work full time as a Yoga Therapist and to interact intelligently with the medical community. In addition to offering private sessions, I have guided many people through the 8 Week Course "Yoga Therapy for the Mind" helping them to learn tools that they can use to manage stress, anxiety and depression. I highly recommend all the Programs, Teachers, Supervisors and Lecturers at The Minded Institute.
