I was treated at this clinic from January until the end of March by Christa Lindsay. I have nothing but positive remarks to make about Christa, the reception staff and by my treatment. I was always treated with respect and kind words. Christa is an amazing therapist and I want to say thank you to her especially for helping me recover from my surgery. Thank you Body Mechanics for hiring such competent staff. I am very pleased with my recovery and continue at home. Thank you again.

I absolutely love this Fitness Center. It is more like a fitness community in my eyes. There is so much to do and get involved in here. It is suitable for all ages young or old alike there is something here for you. I have been a member for around a year now and have nothing but praise for this place. Whether you're into swimming, working out, racquetball, basketball, Fitness classes, cardio they even have a hot tub and a lot of Youth activities. I highly recommend this place. When you're here the staff definitely make you feel welcomed and a part of a family

This is for the friendly service I receive each week at the small coffee shop inside the YMCA. It is always nice to be greeted kindly by someone. It is something that is generally lacking in places like Starbucks or Tim Hortons. My sense is smaller venues create a sense of personal value in what they are doing. This is lacking in franchises which likely create dehumanizing experiences on both sides of the counter.

Lots to offer for the whole family and reasonable membership fees. They are not open 24/7 and close quite early on the weekends. Some staff members are helpful and others have no idea what they are talking about (for example I was told 'I dont know, come back another time, or go to another ymca).
