Jennifer who I think is the manager went above and beyond her call of duty. I was sent to this store by Bell Canada to get a new SIM card for my mobile hub, I soon discovered that this would not do the trick. I also learned that I had to deal directly with Bell butJenn went out of her way to get me what I needed even though the store did not make a dim off this transaction. The person from Bell tried to send me a inferior product to what I had but thanks to Jennifer I got what I needed. I have the ZTE now and it is working like a charm . I will be able to upgrade my cell phone this fall and I know where I will buy it. Thank you Jennifer

I have gone in to the bell store in Midland multiple time's since being with bell. I live in a different place now but still will travel to Midland for all my bell services I need. The customer service is the best I have ever had. I have never had a group of people especially the head manager she was such an amazing help and went out of the way for me and my girlfriend to get the things we needed and wanted with my phones and internet. Such above and beyond service can't thank her/them enough.

I'm not sure how you hire management, but the store manager at your Midland location is absolutely horrible. She tells customers about her personal life, has no clue what she's talking about, and automatically adds an extended warranty EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO! You've got good staff but the manager needs to go.

I had had BAD experience with Bell Canada. I tried to get DSL Internet Service installed in Tiny and Bell had told me it was available. After 3 different technicians and about 3 weeks and me driving back and forth from Toronto,Bell Told Me Service Was Not Available at My Address EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AVAILABLE AT ANOTHER HOUSE ABOUT 150 feet Away. Bell had already sent me 2 Bills which took about a month to get credit for, even though I had NEVER received the Service Promised. The Final Straw came when I received the Bill of over $100 for the Bell Modem, which I did not want but Bell told me that that was why I was not getting internet. ( I am a Computer Store owner and I had my own DSL Modems ). I had received NO INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO RETURN THE MODEM ( which showed up on my doorstep one day) and I was waiting for those instructions but I Got A Bill From Bell Instead. This Story is Not All Bad. Just for a long shot my wife and I went into the Bell Store at 297 King in downtown Midland and I Was Saved By Jenn. As soon as I explained my situation to Jenn she nodded and new exactly what I needed and what I was talking about. She immeditely printed out a Return Label for my DSL Modem Box and Prepared and packaged it for me to take to the post office. I live in Toronto and I find tht the people up in Tiny and Midland area in general are Much more friendly, forthcoming and sincere than those you would come across in Toronto..... I LIKE THAT. JENN WAS LIKE THAT. THANKS JENN You were Great. But I still don't have internet installed
