This is definitely the place that you want to be. It's an energetic environment where everyone seems to be a part of an organized group. You will be highly motivated to do whatever your goals are as it relates to your gym life. For the best gym experience just drop by and asked for Mark. You'll definitely feel at home. He takes the time to listen to your concerns does his best to have it addressed so that you can have the best possible gym experience. Everyone there is like family and highly respects each other. Once more for the best gym experience stop by and ask for Mark.

Super friendly staff. They’ve been very accommodating. Plenty of weights and machines I feel like I never have to really wait around. I really like the space, its very well kept and clean, and it’s large enough that I feel like I can really breathe in there as appose to other gyms I’ve visited. Mark is the guy you wanna see when you get there, he is super friendly and helpful. Any questions you have he’s got the answers and can help you out! 🤙🏽

Thank you Alex D! You are such an awesome trainer! I could remember when I started out training with you, I almost quit because I felt I could not do it. But you kept me on with your gentle encouragement! And thanks to you, within a short time I could see the visible results. Keep on the good work. I appreciate you and the rest of the team including your front desk staff!

I have been in this gym for 6 months and it’s a good place and very good environment. Sometimes it gets very busy but I try to go before rush hours so can work out faster and find equipments easily. I have a personal trainer as well. He is well educated and knows what he is doing. I had a bad experience with a different pt and he didn’t know what he was doing. I realized this when I started training with MITAL. He is well experienced and working out with him has been amazing so far! Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dynamic is how I’d describe his training style.

Been to this gym a couple of times now. Very easy and simple getting set up with a membership. Mark was such a nice guy and helped us out! Definitely speak with him! Spacious gym with lots of room and never too busy. Great overall gym and space.
