A great gym in a very central location. Is definitely busy during the obvious peak hours. My only issue with this place is if there's a football game, then you're not going to be allowed to park in the underground parking. This can be a bit of an inconvenience. Other than that it's a great spot. 2 hours and 15 minutes of free parking is very helpful.

Always feel good to work out here. It’s clean and everything is very organized. The instructor Angelo is very nice and patient. Amazing place.

My favourite Ottawa gym. Lots of options between weights, machines, classes, cycling and yoga. I like to do a mix but almost always enjoy myself. It’s very packed in the evening so your best bet is to go in the morning if you can. Staff is helpful when you have any questions and the class instructors are very approachable.

Very nice location. Definitely one of the nicer locations in Ottawa. Lots of equipment but it can be quite busy. My only real complaint is they have 4 unique treadmills at the front which I love because they include fans but recently the fans are always broken. Good spot but please get more of those treadmills and keep them working.

Great place with lots of clean equipment! Free parking in the basement as well and very convenient to go do grocery at Whole Foods or LCBO right next door! You don't even need to exit the building! A lot of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a dedicated room for cycling and hot yoga. I do enjoy the hot yoga room (I do wish they can bump up the heat a bit). They also have a massage beds and a tanning booth. Nonetheless, great clean modern place. For the most part, people do clean up after themselves which is always super appreciated. This is probably one of my favorite Good Life locations in the Ottawa area!
