I went to Oxygen Yoga and Fitness for their Karma weekend, where all of the classes were free. As such, I wanted to try out as many classes as possible. I've tried the deep stretch, freedom flow, tone and sculpt, and power core classes, and they've all been amazing. The instructors are super helpful, and they always have a positive and encouraging attitude, and trust me, when it comes to the high intensity classes, you'll definitely appreciate it! I consider myself to be in good shape, and I found the tone and sculpt as well as the power core classes to be challenging. But fear not -- there's something for everyone. The instructors provide modifications for each exercise, so you can make the class as easy or challenging as you see fit (no pun intended). I also highly recommend the deep stretch class to everyone. They're always offered at the end of the day, perfect for a post-work decompression session.

I've been a member since the studio opened. It's an absolutely amazing facility. Doesn't get better than this. It's brand new. They offer mat rentals. There is a full range of yoga...deep stretch & fusion classes to mention a few. A must try!!!

Oxygen is a great studio and just what this neighbourhood needs. I signed up for a one week trial and was very happy with my experience, so I will definitely continue to take classes here. The staff is welcoming and kind, the studio is bright and very clean. Signing up for classes is a breeze through the MINDBODY app, and checking in before class is even easier via an iPad. Pros: - conveniently located with parking nearby and on the 32 Eglinton bus route, with a bus stop right outside the studio - a variety of heated and non-heated classes and class times, from early morning/afternoon, to after work and through the evening - bathrooms, private changing rooms, and showers are available - no lockers, but there are shelves inside the class where you can store your belongings Cons: - no mat storage, mat rental is $5

The most beautiful, clean & open space with such welcoming energy. There are yoga & Fitness Fusion classes for all levels. The customer service is on point, the instructors are just incredible & memberships are so well priced! Just $10 to try out a week! The best new hot yoga (Infrared Heated!) studio in the city.

So, so happy to have this amazing studio open up in the neighbourhood to fill the hot yoga void. The newly renovated space has a clean and welcoming design. The staff and instructors are warm and friendly and very willing to listen to what the community would like to see. It's amazing to have hot yoga, barre, and mum & bub exercise classes in one beautiful space. Thank you for the karma week classes and welcoming the former Spynga community.
