The service of this paper has been been getting worse. I often do not receive my Thursday newspaper, but now the Banner has it set up that they do not take calls. You are told to leave a message and they will get back to you....but don't. I guess, the best approach to actually speaking to someone, is to call classifieds. Maybe then, when they think they are getting a sale....you will get to speak to an actual person.

I don't receive my Thursday edition until late Friday night or Saturday morning. That's if I receive it at all. A few weeks ago I received flyers and no paper with a note stating the Banner did not issue enough papers. So a newspaper with not enough newspapers. Alot of residents are not receiving their newspaper or flyers which companies and businesses pay to issue. This is ongoing and I'm tired of reading old news and missing out on sales and promotions. Sorry but this service is not good at all.

Most of the staff are a bunch of no-life losers that make fun of people. When I came here to grab bags and elastics for my kid's newspapers, another lady that wanted to bring back the bags and elastics that her kid that had recently quit had, one of the workers imitated her and the worst part was that her co-workers were grinning and laughing. #orangevillecitizenisbetter
