This place is as greedy as it gets. The manager isn't pleasant, the sales reps are pressured to SELL SELL SELL to make any sort of living, to the point that they will throw "discounts" at you and false advertising to get you signing up for overpriced personal training from unknowledgeable "trainers". The front desk staff are nice so that it masks the scent of what's really going in their workplace. It's good to value the customer, but to not appreciate your staff is a whole other story. They're nothing but cheap labour for the managers' greedy desires. Also the facility is dirty and it gets way too busy that anything you want to do is taken.

This is GoodLife is one of the better ones in Ottawa. The equipment is in good condition and the staff are friendly and helpful. Plus they have squash courts!

Pretty much the best gym in Ottawa with great friendly staff and ample space to workout and stretch. Parking is easy too 😁

Nice staff, hard to get to without a car. Always busy and the machines are outdated. Honestly thought it would be better.

Very clean for the most part... weights get disorganized sometimes about that's completely understandable. Not 24 hours on weekends fyi!
