Amazing gym at a convenient location as I work in the mall. Helpful friendly staff, always clean and plenty of equiptment to use. Music and tvs always on but empty studios you can use if you want peace. Some cons are its in a basement so no natural light, kinda feels like a dungeon, classes arent mid day, either early morning or late at night so i can never attend. All mall doors do not open till 6:30 and the only option unless you drive is to walk around the whole mall outside in the dark to get to the only open door.

Great place to work out but when I was a part of the maintenance staff it wasn't a supportive work environment. My disability wasn't taken into factor so I was held to too high of a standard and met with anger rather than education when I asked questions. The facility however is very nice for it's students.

It's pricey, but I did really like it there.

I have trained with Michelle Steele at the gym for a few months now on different occasions. She is a great motivator. I love how she is very concerned with what you eat and explains to you that if you want to see results.... you have to eat the right stuff. She is also flexible when my fitness goals have changed which is great.

I've been going to Women's Fitness for the last three years and I absolutely love it! Everyone is extremely welcoming and the personnel really cultivate an atmosphere where you feel empowered to better yourself. If you really want a good workout, look to attend Lynda Kirow and Nella Mauro's classes - both ladies are extremely fun, motivating, and tough. Love them both! Special thanks to the ladies at the front as well! They are always so helpful and friendly no matter what! Makes going to the gym easy :)
