Some of the equipment is older. I love their Smith machine though nice and smooth. The dumbbell area can be a bit chaotic when people don't put their stuff away.

There's 1 female attendant seems to take it upon herself to be the chief towel policer. Why does she make a face when I ask for 2 towels I pay for towel service. Never had a problem with other GoodLife locations when I ask for amenities. I come to the gym to relieve myself from stress not to have a sour taste in my mouth when I leave.

Love the location, friendly and always willing to help with any needs you may have regarding your fitness. Love the many virtual programs on all different types of exercises, whether it be Zumba, Funtional Stretching or Body pumps and the Bicycle room, you can go anywhere in the world almost seeming you are exactly on the scenic route bicycling right besides the ocean. I've been to Mexico, Ireland and Scotland and Florida. Then b4 you go home get a massage on their chairs, its great!

Great gym. Lots of cardio and weights machine. A good free weight area. Clean change room. One improvement would be to open up the personal training area or at least have the equipment available for other users. I don't see why regular members shouldn't have access to battle ropes, trx, or boxes for box jumps. At Toronto locations of similar size or smaller, this is openly offered to regular members.

I really don't like this gym. It's too small. Not enough machines. Too many people. Lockers are a good size but that's it. Really dislike coming here. I never get a good workout in.
