Sarah is a great instructor, she really takes her time with her clients, no matter the experience level, and makes sure everyone is working towards moving out of their comfort zone. She helped me work on so many issues with my legs that I hadn't known stemmed from one region. The studio itself is super nice and professional looking and feeling, the amenities offered are really nice and the equipment is in super good condition, highly recommend this studio!

Walking into this home studio feels like you're walking into any professional facility! Sarah has regular open dialogue with her clients making her feel as much a close friend as a firm instructor. Whether you're looking for group classes or private sessions, Sarah puts specific effort into every client and you leave every class feeling physically challenged and refreshed. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness level or reach a personal goal.

I am so grateful to Sarah and her rehab class here at Rouge Hill Pilates. I have stenosis, arthritis and suffer from chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. When I leave Sarah's class I feel stronger and freer in my movements. Its amazing with a few small (correct) exercises you can strengthen and give support to your body thus lessening the chronicity of pain. Sarah is very knowledgeable of the skeletal, musculature system and the affects of wear and tear on the joints, muscles, bone structure, etc. She works with you one on one challenging you to push a little farther and encouraging you to understand that you can. Thanks so much Sarah, Lora N.
